What am I actually paying $99 a month for?

Hosting, security, and backups; keeping your booking flow working; small content updates whenever you need them (hours, prices, photos, holiday notices); and a real person to email when something comes up. One extra booking a month usually covers it.

How long until I'm live — and how much work is it for me?

Target is live within 14 days of getting your info. Your part is about an hour total: send your services, prices, hours, and photos (one email is enough), then review the private preview we build. You never touch a website editor.

I take bookings by phone or a booking app today. Do I have to change?

No. If you use a booking tool you like, your new site plugs into it. If you book by phone, the site adds an appointment-request form so requests arrive organized — name, service, preferred time — and your phone number stays front and center for people who'd rather call.

What if I want to cancel? Do I lose my website?

After the three-month minimum it's month-to-month — cancel anytime. Your domain is registered in your name and your customer data is exportable, so you keep both no matter what. We put that in writing.

Will this get me more customers from Google?

Honest answer: a website alone doesn't guarantee new customers. What it does is stop losing the ones already looking for you — a professional mobile site linked from your Google listing, with services, prices, and a working booking path, turns lookers into appointments. Every page is built Google-friendly and we connect your Google Business Profile.

What if I already have a website?

If you built it yourself and it's a chore to maintain, we replace it and take the maintenance off your plate. If an agency currently manages your site and you're happy with them, we're probably not the right fit — and we'll tell you so.
